My Trip to Qatar
I went to Qatar on vacation last month. I flew there on a plane. It was a long flight! When I got off the plane in Qatar, it was very hot. Qatar is a desert country. It is very hot and dry there.
I took a taxi to my hotel. On the way, I saw very tall modern buildings. But some buildings had traditional Islamic designs too. My hotel was next to the Corniche. That's a waterfront walkway along the ocean. I walked along the Corniche and saw fancy buildings on one side and the blue water on the other side.
One day I went to the Museum of Islamic Art. It had a lot of cool old pottery, textiles, jewelry and books. Some of them were over 1,000 years old! I also went to the Souq Waqif. That's an old-fashioned outdoor market. I tried some traditional Arabic foods like rice and meat dishes. I drank Arabic coffee.
On my last day I went to the desert outside the city. We rode dune buggies up and down the sand dunes. We watched the sunset. It was beautiful. Then we had a barbecue dinner in a Bedouin tent. I had a really fun time in Qatar! It was neat to see buildings, art, food and nature all in one place. Let me know if you have any questions!
And all thanks to Itzeazy who helped me to get the visa Qatar visa from India
